About you
You will be a Level 3 registered practitioner with experience working within a residential setting.
You may otherwise be an experienced caregiver with skills and experience that match our requirements. This might be experience you earned in a residential or similar setting, whether that’s statutory or non-statutory.
You’ll be a committed member of the team, seeking to inspire and support some of our most complex young people. Sometimes this will involve solo provision, supported by a deputy and registered manager. As part of the residential team you will be required to work evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts as needed. As a Casual Residential Practitioner, your availability must be flexible and you must be able to travel to various children's home settings to meet the needs of the service.
We’re committed to providing L3 qualification to a candidate without this existing qualification who shows experience and skills needed for the role.
